Eleanore M. Teall 1927-2009

JEKYLL ISLAND, Ga. — Eleanore M. Teall, 82, of Jekyll Island, Georgia, died Monday, June 8, 2009 at The Hospice of the Golden Isles in Brunswick, Ga. Mrs. Teall had been a resident of Jekyll Island for 20 years having retired there from Geneseo with her husband George C. Teall.

She is survived by two sons, Geoff Teall of West Palm Beach, Fla., and Bruce (Lisa) Teall of Geneseo; three grandchildren, Jennifer Hawkins, Beth Nichols and Daniel Teall; her sister, Florence Krapf of Pittsford; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, George C. Teall, her daughter, Sandra J. Teall, and her brother, William K. Minion.

Visitation will be held at the Rector-Hicks Funeral Home, 111 Main St. in Geneseo on Thursday, June 18, 2009 from 4-7 p.m.
Memorial services will be held Friday, June 19, 2009 at 11 a.m. at St. Michael’s Episcopal Church, 23 Main St. in Geneseo with the Rev. Mark Lattime officiating. Interment will be at 10 a.m. in Temple Hill Cemetery in Geneseo.
