Arrests
Assault
Michael T. Harvey, 45, of Dansville was arrested June 20 for Assault III° and Criminal Mischief IV°. Harvey will answer charges in Sparta Town Court.
Sexual misconduct
Matthew L.G. Smith, arrested for sexual misconduct: person has intercourse with another without consent, unlawfully dealing with a child-first offense: sex/drug, June 4 by Dansville PD.
Robbery
Michael Wallace, Jr., arrested by Dansville PD for robbery III°, assault III°: with intent to cause physical injury, criminal mischief IV°: disable equipment to prevent request for emergency assistant, June 14.
Weapons
Philip J. Mordenga, 23, of Dansville was charged on June 20, with two counts of Criminal Possession of a Weapon IV° and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. Mordenga will answer charges in Avon Town Court.
Drunk driving
Kara L. Egger, 21, of Honeoye was arrested June 10 by LCSO for Driving While Intoxicated, Unlicensed Operator, Unsafe Lane Change, Failure To Use Designated Lane and Unsafe Tire. Egger will address charges in Springwater Town Court on a later date.
Chad M. Acomb, 23, of Arkport, was charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Blood Alcohol Content .08 percent or Greater and Speeding on June 17 by LCSO. Acomb will answer charges in Dansville Village Court.
On June 23, State Police stopped a vehicle on Route 36 in the village of Dansville for having a loud muffler. Matthew D. Mark, 22, of, Dansville failed standardized field sobriety tests and was subsequently arrested for Driving While Intoxicated. During a search of the vehicle, Troopers found a smoking pipe and three grams of marihuana. Mark was transported to Geneseo where his blood alcohol level was .09 percent. He is to return to the village of Dansville Court on July 11 at 6 p.m. to asnwer the charges of Driving While Intoxicated and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana.

Wendy Ludolph, 33,arrested for aggravated unlicensed operation II°: three/more open suspensions-three/more separate dates, motor vehicle violation: operating unregistered vehicle, motor vehicle license violation: no license, failure to obey traffic control device, June 10 by Dansville PD.
Heath Hendrickson, 23, arrested for aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle-III°, motor vehicle license violation: no license, speed violation: speed in zone, June 10 by Dansville PD.
Bruce Cheetham, 47, arrested for motor vehicle license violation: no license, motor vehicle violation: registration suspended, aggravated unlicensed operation motor vehicle-II°, speed violation: exceed 55 miles an hour June 1 by Dansville PD.
Sean Bailey, 24, arrested for aggravated unlicensed operation II°: three/more open suspensions-three/more, separate dates, crossing road hazard markings, June 8 by Avon PD.
Henry Britt, Jr., 42, arrested for aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle III°, equipment violation: windshield tint violation, June 8 by Avon PD.
Angel Garcia-Adorno, 41, arrested by aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle-III°, excessive driving hours, June 4 by Mount Morris PD.
Harassment
Justin W. Lippert, 24, of Geneseo was arrested and charged with Harassment II° and Criminal Mischief IV° on June 16. Lippert will report to Conesus Town Court to address charges.
Joshua Johnson, 25, arrested by Caledonia PD for harassment II°: physical contact, menacing II°, June 15.
Matthew Bernard, 19, arrested for harassment-II°: physical contact, June 3 by Nunda PD.
Other arrests
Randy Jaroszek, 46, arretsed for reckless driving, operator leaves scene of property damage accident, June 11 by Mount Morris PD.
Robert C. Buchanan, 43, of Avon was charged with Endangering The Welfare of a Child on June 17 by LCSO. Buchanan will address charges in Avon Town Court on a later date.
Shawn M. Edwards, 23, of Dansville was charged with Falsifying Business Records I° and two counts of Petit Larceny on June 15. Edwards will appear in Dansville Village Court to answer charges on a later date.
Scotty J. McKay, 16, of Conesus was charged June 15, with Exposure of a Person. McKay was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in Livonia Town Court to answer charges on a later date.
Brian L. Rosell, 38, of Wayland was arrested June 19 by LCSO for Criminal Contempt II°. Following arraignment in Springwater Town Court, Rosell was remanded to the Livingston County Jail in lieu of $500 cash bail. Rosell will return to Springwater Town Court to address charges.
Jill M. Corby, 46, of Dansville was cited for Trespassing on June 18, by LCSO and was released on an appearance ticket to appear in Sparta Town Court to answer charges.
Scotty J. McKay, 16, Conesus was charged June 15 by LCSO with Exposure of a Person. McKay was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in Livonia Town Court.
Jonathan Eckam, 42, of Geneseo was arrested June 17 by Geneseo PD for Endangering the Welfare of a Child II° and Harassment II°. Allegedly, Eckam struck and kicked a 3 year old child on Meadow Drive. Eckam was arraigned in front of Geneseo Justice Thomas Bushnell and released to appear at a later date. An order of protection was issued against Eckam.
Ashley Holbrook, 18, and Jessica Beach, 18, both of Piffard, were arrested June 19 by Geneseo PD for Petit Larceny. Allegedly, Holbrook and Beach stole items totaling more than $40. Both are scheduled to appear in Geneseo Village Court on July 10.
Molly Jeffords, 19, of Dalton, was arrested June 20 by Geneseo PD on a Violation of Probation Arrest Warrant signed Geneseo Justice Thomas Bushnell. Jeffords was located in Nunda by Officer Ryan Dale, and transported to Geneseo for arraignment. Jeffords was remanded to Livingston County Jail without bail.
Jeanette Pierce, 46, arrested by Caledonia PD for petit larceny on June 15
Dustin Braziel, 22, arrested for selling tobacco to minor less than 18, June 15 by Dansville PD.
In court
After presentation by Victor D. Rowcliffe, Assistant District Attorney, the following cases were handled in the Livingston County Court before the Honorable Dennis S. Cohen on June 21.
A YOUTHFUL OFFFENDER was arraigned on a violation of probation, entered a denial, and the matter was adjourned for further proceedings. He was remanded to the Livingston County Jail without bail.
JAMES C. CREAGAN, 65, of Geneseo was sentenced to five years probation to include electronic home monitoring as a result of a plea of guilty to Driving While Intoxicated, a Class E Felony. He was also ordered to pay a fine plus surcharges and his license was revoked with a requirement to install an Ignition Interlock Device.
EMMANUEL J. LOUIS, 19, formerly of the Groveland Correctional Facility was sentenced to a term of one to three years incarceration in a state correctional facility as a result of a plea of guilty to Attempted Promoting Prison Contraband in the First Degree, a Class E Felony. He was also ordered to pay surcharges.
MICHELLE E. REESE, 43,of Penfield was sentenced to sixty days incarceration in the Livingston County Jail and five years probation as a result of a plea of guilty to Grand Larceny in the Fourth Degree, a Class E Felony. She was also ordered to pay surcharges and restitution.
JENNIFER M. MAYNARD, 35, of Leroy was charged with Grand Larceny in the Fourth Degree, a Class E Felony; and Perjury in the Second Degree, a Class E Felony. She was arraigned without an attorney, entered a plea of not guilty, and the matter was adjourned to June 28, 2012 for further proceedings. Bail was continued at $3,000.
JOSE RIVERA, 56, of Rochester was charged with Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated, a Class E Felony; and Failure to Stay in Lane. He was arraigned with his attorney, entered a plea of not guilty, and the matter was adjourned to August 16, 2012 for further proceedings. Bail was set at $15,000.
