Avon man arrested for child sex act
Timothy Glavin
Timothy P. Glavin, 31, of Avon was arrested after an investigation by the Sheriff’s Office.
The investigation revealed that Glavin has had sexual contact with a person under the age of 13.
The Sheriff’s Office is not revealing the relationship between the accused and his victim, the gender of the victim nor the manner in which the alleged crime was discovered.
Glavin was charged with Criminal Sexual Act in the First Degree, a class B felony.
Glavin was arraigned in the Town of Avon Court and remanded to the Livingtson County Jail in lieu of $25,000 cash bail or $50,000 bond.
The investigation may yield more charges, according to the Sheriff’s Office.
Investigating the incident was Inv. Brian Applin, Inv. Ronald Huff, Sgt. Michael Dougherty, Dep. Matthew Orman, and Dep. Michael Williams.
