Genesee Country Christian School opens music program to homeschoolers

In an effort to give more kids the chance to play in a school band or orchestra, the Genesee Country Christian School in Geneseo, has opened their school music program to home-schooled students.

Homeschooling families are invited and encouraged to enroll their children in the schools instrumental music program where they will get lessons from an experienced, State Certified teacher — and get to play in the school band, string ensembles and worship team.

Lessons are available on the piano, guitar, bass, keyboard, drum set and the bowed string instruments; in addition to all of the woodwind, brass and percussion instruments traditionally used in school bands.
