Bulldogs pound Mustangs
Livonia scored on their first four possessions to build a 26-0 lead at the half en route to the 34-7 victory over visiting Dansville in D-I action Friday night in Livonia.
Senior Josh Wester led Livonia’s ground attack with a career-high 119 yards on 10 touches.
Senior Brett Deiner added a career-high 101 yards on the ground on 11 carries with one TD while classmate Derek Bishopp ran for a pair of TD’s.
As a team, Livonia rushed for 274 yards.
Kade O’Leary and Jordan Cauwels also added rushing TD’s for the Bulldogs (1-0), who visit Way-Co next Friday.
Cody Schwan had Dansville’s lone score — a 3-yard TD run early in the fourth quarter.
