Perry volleyball downs York

PERRY — The Perry Yellowjackets volleyball squad is still undefeated.

Host Perry improved to 4-0 on the season with the straight sets victory over York (1-3) Wednesday.

Perry won by scores of 25-14, 25-18, 25-22.

The Yellowjackets survived a scare in the second set when they blew most of a 23-6 lead. York rallied to make it 24-18 before falling to the Yellowjackets.

Chelsea Bzduch had 13 service points with seven aces while teammate Kelly VandeBogart contributed 13 points including six service aces. Aubrey Davis chipped in with 12 assists.

York was led by Hannah Kolb who had four kills and three service points.
