Livonia football blasts Wellsville

LIVONIA — Host Livonia celebrated ‘Senior Night’ in style as they blasted defending Class C sectional champion Wellsville 46-7 Friday night in Livonia.

The Bulldogs (5-2) pounded out 349 rushing yards with senior Derek Bishopp leading the way with a season-best 208 yards on 14 carries with three TD’s. He also added a fourth TD on a reception.

Senior Josh Wester contributed 113 yards on eight carries with one TD.

Livonia will be the No. 4 seed in Class B sectionals and will host a quarterfinal game next Friday night.
