Serious concerns about Schiener and Sessler

I have been an ordained church leader for 20+ years, and as such, a true public servant of our county and state.

Years ago, a person with a criminal past claimed they wanted to reform and work as my church attorney to help us secure property, etc.

I sent them to law school fully paid in exchange for legal work after. ‘Who’ will remain undisclosed, as I am protected from their defamation by attorney-client privilege.

My lawyer complained: “Our court is corrupt. The cases are rigged back room by the lawyers and judges as it profits them! The proceedings are a scam!”

That law-gang then enticed our lawyer(s) to betrayed the church and I, with promises of money and position. They filed several fraudulent civil actions —to steal church property, and monies. They lost!

These losers then violated privilege to spread false rumors about me. They fabricated I had “killed people” or “abused females.” Citizens filed affidavits that these “drunk-lawyers” bragged openly in public that they will: “destroy Rev. Moore with their court connections.”

Our church had reports of child sex abuse in Perry and Mount Morris, allegedly done by some local police or corrections employees. My new wife was a victim of the most heinous long-term child rape and torture.

I was present, twice, when the rapist called my wife to stalk and sexually harass her, on our phone in our home in Livingston County. I called law enforcement for help and was connected with Assistant District Attorney Eric Schiener.

Eric explained: “In addition to stalking and sex abuse now, the rapist can be prosecuted for the child rapes 12-years prior as A-1 felony, for kidnapping, since he had the victim 12+ hours.

Wyoming County seemed obtuse, suggesting we talk with the family. Then we were harassed by the perps, despite their initial assurances the abuse would stop.

Later, Perry cops bullied me for reporting the sex crimes then falsely arrested me. I saw the infamous court of Ruth and Emmet Milks, convicted of court corruption-thanks to me. I was told I could not appear at Grand Jury and must have a plea investigation. Then they claimed that I now could not get a jury trial — and they were simply going to declare me guilty.

I returned to Eric Schiener stating: “You know I am a crime victim! I reported this to you first! You are obligated to tell them the truth and help the real rape victim!”

Eric refused his duty, simply saying: “I didn’t know that you were the same person who beat my lawyer friends…” I was frankly shocked by such a willing pasty to low vendetta.

Our church was called when a learning-impaired girl was drugged and raped by a drug dealer…in Mount Morris. She also reported sex abuse by cops. The dealer shook-down a rival dealer, with the semi-conscious girl in the car. Steve Sessler was her lawyer. Mr. Sessler sold-out and got our raped-teen five years in prison. The rapist got no jail.

I will sue any agency that attempts to hire incompetents like Eric or Steve.

A retired judge’s firm filed RICO against 33-crooked Wyoming cohorts. They were all voted-out/left/moved or convicted of crimes: Judges, Mayor, Prosecutor, Police Chief all!

Eric Schiener still needs to contact Wyoming Court to correct the false records of me — and rectify his harm to my wife and sex-crime victims in general.
