3 charged, 90 bags of crack seized during Route 390 traffic stop
Three people were arrested and 90 bags of crack cocaine seized following a traffic stop Sunday night on Route 390, according to the Livingston County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputy Shawn Whitford stopped a vehicle for an equipment violation on I-390 in the town of Avon shortly before 11 p.m. Sunday. Deputy Michael Williams responded and assisted with the stop.
During the investigation, 90 bags of crack cocaine, and marijuana were found and seized, the Sheriff’s Office said.
All three occupants of the vehicle are facing charges.
Scott Saltsman, 37, of Bath, was charged with felony criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fifth degree.
Tremaris D. Seymour, 20, from Rochester, was charged with felony criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree and unlawful possession of marijuana.
Saltsman and Seymour were arraigned in Avon Town Court and remanded to Livingston County Jail
in lieu of $5,000 cash or $10,000 bonded bail.
Sally Goodman, 21, of Bath, was charged with misdemeanor criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree and unlawful possession of marijuana. She was issued appearance tickets to appear in Avon town court at a later date.
