Planning board okays preliminary plan
The Town of Geneseo Planning Board resolved preliminary site plan approval for the 110-lot phase two expansion of the Lakeville Estates manufactured home park on Monday evening. The development is located at the intersection of Routes 256 and 20A, in the northeast corner of the township.
