Sheriff's deputies charged a Rochester man with drug possession after a traffic stop on Interstate 390 in the Town of Avon.
Deputy Thomas Dougherty stopped Norberto Flores, 40, for vehicle and traffic violations. Flores was found to be in possession of 24 bags of cocaine and a quanity of marijuana.
Flores was traveling from Rochester to the Village of Mt. Morris to sell these drugs when he was stopped by the deputy.
He was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd Degree, a Class B Felony, and also Unlawful Possession of Marijuana.
He was arraigned in the Town of Avon Court by Judge Peter Piampiano and
remanded to the Livingston County Jail with bail set at $5000 cash and
$10,000 bond.
