Sheriff's deputies have arrested a 37 year old Leicester man for rape in the third degree. Authorities say Terry L. Drake of Perry Road, Leicester, is alleged to have had a sexual relationship with a person less than 17 years of age.

Drake was arraigned in Leicester Town Court before Judge Sciarrino for the rape and other related charges, and he was remanded to the Livingston County Jail in lieu of $10,000 cash/$20,000 bond. The investgation is continuing and the matter is expected to be turned over to a Livingston County Grand Jury for possible additional charges.
