Assemblyman Joe Errigo presented the New York State Medal for Merit to Conesus resident Robert George Rhodes. Assemblyman Errigo and Mr. Rhodes were joined by Senator James Alesi.
The Medal for Merit is awarded to any current New York state citizen or person who was a state citizen while serving on federal active duty and whose entire service, subsequent to the time of receipt of the citation, shall have been honorable.
