A Hornell woman was arrested Monday on charges of robbery in the third degree and reckless endangerment in the second degree.
Candi L. Cassidy, 32, was arrested by Sheriff's Office personnel in Belmont after a lengthy investigation into a robbery that occurred Oct. 14 at Christiano Hardware in Leicester.
Cassidy was arraigned before Town Justice Piampiano in Avon and remanded to the Livingston County Jail in lieu of $15,000 cash bail or $30,000 bond.
An additional suspect is being sought in connection with this incident as well.
Handling the case for the Sheriff's Office were Investigators Matt Burgess and Gerry Kane. Assisting were Inv. Brian Applin, Sgt. Norm Zeh, Sgt. Randall Morris and Deputy William Cartwright. Also assisting were the District Attorney's Offices of Livingston and Allegany Counties.
