Illegal immigrant involved in crash

RoqueGENESEO, NY — An illegal immigrant was involved in a three car accident in Geneseo Monday around 5 p.m.

Victor M. Roque, 19, of Bliss failed to stop for two vehicles waiting in traffic at the intersection of Routes 20A and 63. He struck a car driven by Kimberly Frost-Mark, 40, of Rochester, who was pushed into the rear of the car driven by Lynn A. Kunz, 26, of Cuba.

Frost-Mark suffered contusions on her left side and was taken to Strong Memorial hospital by Geneseo Ambulance. Both her and Roque's vehicles were demolished.

Roque was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated, Unlicensed Operation and Following Too Close.  His breath analysis revealed a level of .13%.

Further investigation revealed that Roque entered the USA illegally and a passenger in his vehicle, Mario Dominquez-Velasquez also entered the USA illegally.Mario Dominquez-Velasquezwas turned over to US Border Patrol and Roque was arraigned by Town of Mt. Morris Justice Tripp on the above listed charges and remanded to Livingston County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash bail.

Border patrol lodged a detainer on Roque at the jail for Illegal Entry into the USA.
