Today’s economy can be tough on the pocketbook. With that in mind, we’d like to invite community members of all ages to drop by one of our One-Stop Help Fairs this week. The Help Fairs will offer information and assistance to help individuals and families during these tough times. There will be information on job options, education, food, heating, financial, insurance, health care and more. Instead of going from agency to agency or making lots of calls, the friendly, helpful folks at the Help Fair from a variety of local organizations will be ready to assist residents of the county.
The One-Stop Help Fairs will be held in two locations on two different dates. The first Help Fair will be held in Geneseo on Thursday, January 21 from 5:307:30 pm at the United Methodist Church, 4520 Genesee St. (Rte. 63). The second Help Fair will be held in Dansville on Saturday, January 23 from 11:00 am – 2:00 pm at Four Square Church, 49 West Ave. Child care will be provided free of charge at both fairs.
