LIVONIA — An 18-year-old Avon man faces several charges after Livingston County Sheriff’s investigators looked into a series of inappropriate text messages.
Donald J. Gleason, 18, was arrested on charges of Use of a Child in a Sexual Performance, Disseminating Indecent Material to a Minor and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
All charges stem from communications that Mr. Gleason had with a child using a cell phone.
Gleason was arraigned before Town Justice Tripp in Mt. Morris Town Court and remanded to the Livingston County Jail on $50,000 cash bail or $100,000 bond.
Additional charges are pending.
