LCN Boys Basketball
Power Rankings
1) Hornell (9-5) When these Red Raiders hit their stride, which looks like really soon, others better watch out.
2) Livonia (8-4) Bulldogs are currently sitting at No. 2 in Class B1 sectionals and with Bobby Schuster playing at a high level they could make a run for all the sectional marbles.
3) Bath (10-5) Coach Brian Dyring has these Rams, featuring the best backcourt in the LCAA in Brett Sutryk and Nick Rossi, believing in themselves.
4) Cal-Mum (7-5) So far a rollercoaster of a season but expect Danny Dickens to have this team flying high for Thursday’s D-II title game with Avon.
5) Wayland-Cohocton (8-5) The Golden Eagles are riding a six-game winning streak as senior guard Kyle Carman is turning into an elite player with his clutch shooting.
6) Dansville (8-5) With Jordan VanDunk putting up monster numbers, these Mustangs are going to be very dangerous come sectional time.
7) Letchworth (9-4) The Indians have proven they belong with outstanding balance, a solid perimeter game and a strong inside attack as head coach Sticks McMullen always has his teams ready for a sectional run.
Pavilion (8-5) The Golden Gophers are proving they are much more than just Jack Jeffres with others stepping it up time and time again.
