Twenty-one bags of heroin seized

Three people from Allegany County were arrested Monday, Nov. 9 on felony drug charges. Deputy Thomas Dougherty stopped the vehicle that the three subjects were in on Route 408 in the Town of Mt. Morris for a vehicle and traffic law violation.
