The mosque at ground zero is not our fight

Editorial The mosque at Ground Zero is not our fight By Mark Gillespie, Editor Before you dismiss this editorial as another attempt by this editor to weigh in on a non-Livingston County issue at the expense of local concerns, please read on. I took interest in this teapot tempest when my wife and I made our first-ever trip to New York City last weekend…. However one feels about the intentions of this community group or the effect its building will have on public safety and sentiment, this is ultimately an issue for community planning boards and the New York City Council.
